The Little PH Strip of Paper and The Fate It Tells

So, I go to the chiropractor today, and was given a short little test. I was given a tiny strip of paper and told to hold it on my tongue for 3 seconds. I took it off after the 3 seconds was up, and viola, it was matched with a color on the color chart which indicated that my body was more on the acidic side, which is conducive for growing cancer.
Now I thought I was doing pretty good in the way I was taking care of my body. I hardly eat any real sugar, and have cut way back or replaced white flour products with something more natural and gluten free. I also have begun to eat kale because I have so much kale, and I need to get rid of it, so I put some in a smoothie each day. I try to have colorful vegetables, but, now I find out, cancer can still grow in my body! What to do next?
Still working on the organic garden and the hydroponic garden as well. Just hope I don't die before I figure out how to be successful at gardening!
With that in mind, here are some ideas that can help prevent cancer.
I found an article this morning that describes 10 foods that can help prevent cancer. Some of those foods are tomatoes, broccoli, globe artichoke, Brussels sprouts, green tea, blueberries, spinach, bok choy, and red cabbage. http://www.undergroundhealth.com/top-10-foods-for-cancer-prevention/
