Salmon With Noodles Recipe
I made this for dinner tonight. I used a small can of red salmon and heated about a cup of whey with a TBS of corn starch. After the corn starch was stirred into the whey, I brought it to a boil. Meanwhile, I cooked about a third of a pound of organic noodles and added them to the whey mixture along with the red salmon. I also added some bullion powder ( I used beef flavoring but I intended I using chicken flavoring). I didn't measure anything so I tried to make the measurements as close to what I think they were.
