Peppermint Patty Chocolate Complete Smoothie
1 - 2 cups Almond Milk (Vanilla Almond Breeze – at Kroger or Walmart)
2 Bananas (frozen) or 1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 Tbsp. ground flax seed (optional.)
*3 drops Peppermint oil – you can get it at a health food store or Whole
Foods,or, 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1 scoop chocolate JP Complete powder
(extra ice cubes if you like it thicker, or more frozen fruit makes it thicker too)
